Base + Commission:
This position offers a base salary plus a quarterly bonus incentive on mitigation profitability. Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package."

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best, setting a positive example as a leader.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and company, driving a results-oriented approach.
- Lead the team in achieving and exceeding targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Collaborate with department heads and executives to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellence.
- Oversee training and individualized development plans for Production Manager’s, Crew Chiefs and Technician’s 
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role in the mitigation field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, inspire, and lead teams to success in water damage, fire damage and mold remediation services. 
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to set and execute a vision.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
